Personal Experience & Biography

My interest in psychology began in my teenage years, when I was navigating my own experiences with depression and anxiety. That experience has stayed with me, and it has shaped how I show up today as a clinical psychologist. It reminds me to meet each person with empathy – because behind every struggle is a story that deserves to be heard.

During my clinical training, I had the opportunity to work with people going through a wide range of challenges. These include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, self-harm, PTSD, eating disorders, Borderline Personality Disorders (BPD), OCD, and substance abuse. I have also worked closely with families in the assessment of both children and adults suspected of neurodevelopmental conditions, such as ADHD and autism. Nowadays, I also offer support on everyday challenges such as burn out, relationship insecurities, and self-doubts.

In therapy, I adopt an emotion focused approach and draw from Family and Systemic Therapy, paying close attention to early life experiences and family dynamics. I believe our past experiences deeply shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. If you’re looking for a space where you can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, understand yourself more deeply, and work towards meaningful change, then we may be a good fit!
