Personal Experience & Biography
My journey into the realm of clinical psychology began with a 1-month internship at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. I was fascinated by how psychologists could understand human cognition and behaviors through assessment batteries. Additionally, I witnessed the vitality of the human spirit in the face of life’s darkest times.
With my experience in government and private settings, I work closely with children and adults facing various mental health concerns, conducting psychological therapy and assessments. Based on my clients’ needs, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) integrated with other evidence-based approaches to address concerns. I strive to help my clients build meaningful lives aligned with their values. Life is challenging, and I am here to support you in navigating through life’s difficulties.
